YOUR 30-DAY CHALLENGE TO
BREAK THE PATTERN
During the 30-Day Challenge you will learn how to apply science-based coaching techniques, combined with ancient wisdom, to your life.

What if I miss a morning?
No problem! Life happens and you just need to slot back in the next day. Each day is a complete process of its own
so you won’t be ‘lost’ when you come back.
We cannot become what we want, by remaining what we are.

...30-days of personalised guidance into...
Like an iceberg...
... for every unhelpful habit, there lies a motivation just beneath the surface. If we were able to be still, we’d notice this and become less hard on ourselves – realizing that being stuck requires more than self-discipline.
The Break-the-Pattern 30-Day Challenge is designed to support you to better understand why you do what you do, to eliminate the language that says ‘I’m useless, stupid or lazy”.
To begin to melt the tip of your iceberg and the stuff beneath it.
Change begins at the end of your comfort zone.
- Roy T. Bennett
If you have a sense that the behaviour you’re repeating is not true to who you really are, and is not serving you or those around you, then it may be just the right time to
and leave that behaviour behind.
This is what we will be working on in the Equinox 30-Day Challenge from 17 January 2022.
